David To is the lead pastor of R.E.A.C.H Church, a dynamic, multi-cultural network of underground churches focused on winning souls, transforming lives through the Holy Spirit, and nurturing young leaders from various tribes. Along with his pastoral role, he engages in mission work, teaches in underground Bible schools, and provides aid to the poor.
David's faith journey began in central Vietnam, where his family endured intense persecution for their Christian beliefs. Inspired by his father's unwavering faith, David has dedicated his life to planting churches, enduring personal sacrifices but never giving up.
His leadership, love for God, and deep understanding of Scripture have inspired many young men to follow Christ.
David and his wife, Esther Nguyen, have two children, Shalom and Charis.

Typically conducted in water tanks, rivers, or oceans to symbolize new faith.
Bible Studies
Small groups regularly gather for simple Bible lessons, accessible to all, often outside traditional classroom settings.
Discipleship Training
Focus on equipping local leaders with Bible and theological training in underground settings.
Home Churches
Committed believers host gatherings in their homes, usually attended by 15-25 p eople, for Sunday services and prayer meetings.
Christian Literature
Bibles, tracts, and children’s books are provided to nurture new believers.
